They reached out prior to my appointment to ask questions about my style preferences, sent me a link to choose dresses I liked for them to pull and when we arrived Sarah had everything ready. She gave us a tour of the shop (which was beautiful!) and then let me pull a few more dresses from the racks to try on. She was patient, helpful, and accommodating as I tried on dresses.
